Nestled in the northern section of Notting Hill, a Victorian terrace house has been thoughtfully transformed into two distinct flats, each featuring two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The layout optimizes space while keeping planning permissions and cost efficiency in mind. 

These residences are crafted to blend traditional architectural styles with contemporary features, like the modern kitchen. Our design integrates the kitchen around the pre-existing enclosed fireplace.
