stage 1:PREPARATION & BRIEFING
Let’s explore your vision, budget, and timeline to craft a clear design fee proposal. You’ll receive the Initial Project Brief and any necessary pre-Planning discussions!
stage 2: CONCEPT DESIGN
Our skilled designers will create the Concept Design with initial spatial planning and material choices. Once minor tweaks are made, the Final Project Brief will be shared to guide us onward.
stage 3:DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
Next, we’ll forge ahead with scaled drawings: floorplans, sections, elevations, and lighting plans. We’ll outline specifications for materials and furniture, and if needed, submit a planning application and engage in necessary third-party consultations.
stage 4: TECHNICAL DESIGN
With the detailed design approved and planning finalized, we will create technical drawings for Contractor Bidding, including a 1:500 Block Plan, 1:100 Site Plan, 1:50 Plans, Sections, Elevations, and detailed specifications.
stage 5:TENDER & CONSTRUCTION
After the technical design wraps up, we team up with a quantity surveyor to guide the tendering and contractor inquiries. Once a contractor is chosen, they oversee daily tasks while we provide ongoing support through site visits.
stage 6: HANDOVER
As the project concludes, we meticulously fine-tune every detail. Once the furniture is perfectly arranged, we present your beautiful new home, ready for you and your family to cherish for years ahead.
